You don’t need to venture far off the Oregon Coast Highway to find fresh seafood. In fact, you don’t even have to turn off the highway at all. Shark Bites Cafe is located right along the 101 in Coos Bay with a variety of seafood options as well as burgers, tacos, drinks and more.
Shark Bites Cafe serves brunch, lunch, and dinner in a cozy coastal-inspired atmosphere, along with an extensive drink menu including cocktails, rotating draft beers, and wines. Choose from their starters, such as local Coos Bay oysters or beer-battered onion rings, then round out the meal with one of their signature tacos, seafood baskets with coleslaw and fries, burgers (with vegetarian patties available), or seafood sandwiches.
Soups and salads make great sides to any of their dishes. They also have lunch and dinner specials if you feel like changing things up, and a kids menu for those dining with the family.
Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant ahead of time at (541) 269-7475. Be sure to swing by their location at 240 S. Broadway, Coos Bay, OR 97420. They are open Monday-Thursday 11 a.m to 9 p.m. and Friday-Saturday 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Brunch is served every day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. You can view their menu, as well as order online for pickup, through their website.
