The Oregon Coast has no shortage of cozy lodging options, whether you prefer something more luxurious by the beach or simple yet affordable for the family. If you’re visiting the Southern Coast, Pacific Reef offers some of the best accommodations in Gold Beach with oceanfront rooms, easy beach access, and luxurious amenities including a hot tub and a free nightly light show.
Pacific Reef offers well-appointed economy rooms that are just a short walk from the beach along their private trail. Take your pick between their ocean view and sand & sea rooms, all of which are fully furnished with 1-2 queen or king beds, along with complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and some include their own full kitchen. The resort offers pet-friendly as well as ADA-compliant rooms to accommodate everyone.
All rooms include complimentary access to their newly renovated Seaweed Spa, nightly light show, and easy beach access. Complimentary grab-and-go breakfast bags are also provided for all guests.
If you prefer something more spacious, there are also beachfront condos and vacation rentals available as well. This includes the A-frame Beach Lover’s Cottage (pictured below) along with a spacious ocean view penthouse that sleeps up to six people.
The small romantic cottage is pet-friendly and only steps away from the private beach. It comes with a queen bed, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and a flatscreen TV.
Their luxurious oceanfront condos have two stories and spectacular views of the ocean. The full condominums include a fully equipped kitchen, living room, flatscreen TV, and private patios.
During your stay, don’t miss their nightly light show at their Outdoor Adventure Theater. They also have an on-site Chowder House that serves some of the best clam chowder in town. Unfortunately, however, the restaurant is temporarily closed due to the pandemic.
Pacific Reef Resort is located in Gold Beach at 29362 Ellensburg Hwy 101, just 35 miles from the California border.
